Rotary Club Dar es Salaam Oysterbay celebrated the Installation Night of President Anne Saels in #joysterbay style: great food, live music and dance. In a tribute to Belgium native Anne, this year's theme was "black, red and yellow", which all the present guest were following in personal dress style.
 
After a relaxed welcome reception, official moderator and Club Member Marcus de Smit called for the official part of the installation night. President Alfred Woiso gave a short overview about the Club's accomplishments in the past Rotary year and thanked his fellow board members for all their efforts and commitment. Also, he welcomed four new club members Jessica Blundell, Himanshu Bhattbhatt, Gaspar Orojo and Angelika El-Noshokaty, before handing over affairs to now President Anne Saels. 
 
President Anne Saels gave a short welcome address and introduced the Club Executives and Board Members for Rotarian year 2017/2018: President Elect Vikash Shah, Vice President Amish Shah, Immediate Past President Alfred Woiso, Club Secretary Frederic Morel, Club Treasurer Mihir Parjiea, Director of Administration Esta Maro, Director of Membership Tom Scherer, Director of Rotary Foundation Thomas Mihayo, Director of Public Relations Gwynneth Wong, Director of Fundraising Krutin Shah, Director of Rotary Community Corps Gaspar Clemence, Director of Scholarship Farhat Lane, Director of Service Projects Benoit Ducarme and Director of Youth Services Karen Cockerill. The official part of the evening continued with a short speech of now Director of Membership Tom Scherer about club goals in the coming year, a raffle with numerous prices and a moody evening round-up of sergeant at arms Sarah Scott and Rahul Aggarwal. 
 
The official part being concluded, the present guests then celebrated and danced into the coming club year with President Anne.
